In trying to think of a few words that capture and communicate a good part of who I am, I was fortunate enough to have a male friend offer the following thoughts about me. ?You have the best smile! Seriously! Not just stroking your ego . . . since I know you. You have a way about you that makes people want to talk to you . . . about almost anything. You?re funny! Kind! And I would say the ?non-normal? academic type. Your friends think very highly of you! You always make time to say ?hello? . . . even when you are busy. You have a great sense of humor and when you laugh . . . it makes people around you want to laugh and join in on the ?conversation? even if they were not previously involved. You are a good listener! Intelligent! I think that pretty much covers it.? My friend?s description of me is very kind and thoughtful, and I?ll let his words speak for me at this point. To follow that, I figure I will say that I'm new to the area and looking to make friends.I'm a very genuine, honest and easy going person. Sure, everyone says that. Oh yeah, and I'm funny. Something else everyone always says too. I'm a renaissance lady in that there's almost nothing you'll hear me say I don't do well. Sort of a Jack of All Trades. I love long walks by the water, long drives on winding country roads, fine dining, museums, movies, intimate picnincs on the grass. Yes, I'm a romantic.
